1. Google Drive
One of the most user compatible mediums out there. Google Drive offers business personnel with the option to share a variety of different files by one click of a button. Another great feature is the ability to edit documents while others who are shared on the same document can also be editing or even just watching the edits that are taking place. This feature makes for efficient completion of projects and easy communication through a chat feature if you have questions others on the document. Google Drive also offers FREE yes I just said free storage at 15 GB!
2. Hootsuite
Do you have multiple social media accounts you need to manage? Well, Hootsuite allows you to manage those accounts all at once, and from one screen. If the workload becomes too much to handle, assign some accounts to your marketing colleague, which is an option offered by Hootsuite to make your life just a little easier. Yet another helpful feature on Hootsuite is the ability to view your background analytics and see how all your hard work has paid off. A few examples of analytics offered by Hootsuite include showing how many viewers are engaging with your posts, the number of viewers that are being reached and your viewers’ demographics.
3. Canva
Not enough room in the budget to splurge on creating graphics and presentations? Canva is a free medium that allows you to create your ideal social media graphics, professional presentations, and offers hundreds of different layouts to choose from. Canva is excellent for marketing users as the creative platform allows for graphics to be designed from scratch.
4. Constant Contact
Sending mass emails is not exactly the most fun task YET Constant Contact makes for sending emails in bulk much easier. By choosing from a variety of different layouts you can tailor your email to your specific needs. Creating your email but you don’t want to send it out until next Monday? Constant Contact gives you the option to schedule your email in advance so it sends the exact day and time you would prefer.
5. Basecamp
Save paper and utilize Basecamp for all of your organizing such as to do lists, chat, files, and even schedules! Once again, basic Basecamp is free to all users and offers helpful tools for business users. If you need to ask someone a question down the hall, simply message them from your basecamp app. You can also create a to do list on the platform that can be shared with other viewers, along with assigned tasks to others so everyone should know what they have to do by just taking a quick glance at their basecamp to do list!
